Job Description
LITUS Maldives is looking for a reliable and experienced Boat Captain to join our team. If you put safety first and take pride in running a well-kept vessel, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and crew at all times
- Operate vessels safely and efficiently
- Lead and supervise boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain boats to company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a boat captain
- At least 1 year of resort experience
- Valid inboard and outboard license
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami)
- Able to speak and write basic English
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Salary
MVR 18,000 – 20,000
