Job Overview:
- Silver Sands, the leading company providing dive, water sports, and excursions in the Maldives, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Captain. The position requires the candidate to ensure the safety of passengers and crew while operating vessels. Work location: Maldives. Openings: Not stated. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety of passengers and crew
- Skillfully operate vessels
- Maintain boats as per company standards
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Positive attitude
