Base Leader – Assistant Dive Center Manager

Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking a highly motivated, self-disciplined team member with a positive attitude to join their team in the Maldives as a Base Leader – Assistant Dive Center Manager. The ideal candidate must support day-to-day operations of dive and water sports centers and ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dive and water sports center, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Assist in managing bookings, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and train dive center staff, ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide leadership in team coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with resort partners to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain records, operational reports, and all necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified PADI Dive Instructor with at least 6 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Fluent in English and German, additional language is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Revenue and goal-driven, with a focus on growth and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Experience working in multicultural environments with diverse nationalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
