Job Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Junior to join our dynamic audit team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in auditing, financial reporting, and compliance, while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in performing the preliminary and final phases of audits for clients operating in various sectors.
- Be responsible for testing transactions and reviewing the accounting documentation of audited clients.
- Communicate with clients and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Process and analyze client data in MS Excel and our internal systems.
- Prepare financial statements for clients.
- Document audits and complete audit working papers.
- Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed A’ Level studies (including accounting subject) or achieved a similar level certification in accounting/audit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Familiarity working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero etc. is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
