Assistant Manager, Operations

Qualifications & Experience:
• Preference will be given to local candidates.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, and project management within the Maldives.
• Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage time, teams, and multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as operationally required.
• High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
