We are looking for a passionate and energetic person to join our team.
Department: HR & Admin
Work Location: K. Hulhumale’
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities across Ooredoo Maldives Headquarters, Regional Offices, Experience Centers, and the Central Warehouse.
- Oversee all outsourced facility service providers, including security, cleaning, fire & safety, and other maintenance contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and asset management activities.
- Lead facility improvement, renovation, and fit-out projects.
- Manage facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and business continuity requirements.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained in a safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner while meeting organizational standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
