Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Assistant Boat Captain to join their team in the Maldives. They are looking for reliable candidates skilled in vessel operations, committed to ensuring safety. Salary: Competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew
- Lead boat crews effectively
- Maintain boats according to company standards

Qualifications & Experience:
- Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
