- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced Assistant Boat Captain for their operations in the Maldives. The ideal candidate should be reliable and safety-conscious, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
- Operate vessels in a safe and efficient manner.
- Lead boat crews effectively.
- Maintain boats according to company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
