Architectural and Structural Draftsman
Location: Malé, Maldives (Open to Local and Foreign Candidates)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural and Structural Draftsman based in Malé. The Draftsman will be responsible for producing detailed Approval and Construction Drawings. Architectural and Structural drafting knowledge is required, while Conceptual MEP drafting knowledge is desirable.
The Draftsman should be a team player, collaborating with the architecture and project management teams to ensure high-quality drafting and the timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Experience in Architecture, Planning, and Design Processes
• Strong technical knowledge of drafting techniques and industry standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with residential, commercial, or leisure projects is an advantage
• 3D modelling and rendering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage
• Prior drafting experience in the Maldives is a plus
