Job Overview:
Versa Hospitality is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join their team as an Airport Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in, immigration
coordination (where applicable), and luggage handling
•Support smooth guest departures by assisting with check-in procedures,
baggage coordination, and timely transfers
•Provide clear and accurate information to guests regarding schedules,
transportation, and lounge facilities
•Assist in maintaining airport lounge operations in line with brand service
standards
•Adhere to all company policies, airport regulations, health and safety,
and food safety standards
•Maintain professional relationships with airport authorities, airline staff,
and service providers as required
•Update the arrival/departure of guests from app
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE A’ level “A” or “B” pass in English
- Minimum ONE years’ experience in the field
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Previous experience in related field would be an added advantage.
