Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Record all daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and transfers.
Check and reconcile daily shop sales, cash, card and bank collections.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Process supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
Maintain petty cash and conduct regular reconciliation.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery notes and supporting documents.
Assist with import, freight, port, clearance and logistics-related accounting.
Coordinate with shops, warehouses, purchasing, logistics and HR.
Assist with payroll, overtime, staff advances and reimbursements.
Monitor inventory-related accounting and stock discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
Assist with month-end closing, tax requirements and audits.
Maintain proper physical and digital accounting records.
Identify discrepancies, duplicate transactions or unusual payments and report them to management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper financial controls.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2–3 years accounting experience preferred.
Retail, FMCG, wholesale, import/distribution experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, AP and AR.
Accurate, organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
Able to handle high-volume daily transactions and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
