We are looking for enthusiastic, competent and committed individuals for the role of Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cheques / online transfers / vouchers and card payments.
- Recording day to day transactions and preparing daily reports.
- Maintaining schedule of regular payments and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Ensure tax invoices are collected and maintained along with other supporting documents.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure payment terms are improved.
- Track and collect supporting documents for reimbursable expenses on a timely basis.
- Reconciliation of AP accounts.
- Assist in providing information / documentation in yearly financial audit along with other audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum A’ Level standard.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in BOTH written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
- Should be punctual, flexible and highly motivated.
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with Dynamics 365 and other ERP software’s would be an added advantage.
