As an Accounts and Admin Officer you are expected to perform a variety of accounting and admin duties for the firm, including record keeping, reconciliation of cash and bank accounts, processing a receivables and payable transactions, printing reports and assisting the team members in client engagements.
Responsibilities
• Processing Accounts Payable/Receivable transactions
• Data entry and database updates
• Cash & Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable follow up and managing customer queries
• Assistance with customer service enquires
• Managing office supplies
• Printing reports and other documents
• Other ad hoc administrative and finance duties, as required
• Assist the team in client engagements
Qualification & Skills
• Past experience in a similar post is an added advantage
• Completed diploma or A level in a related field
• Must have strong technical accounting skills
• Possess good work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be willing to travel to different clients’sites as needed
• Keen attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft AX etc.)
Salary& Benefits
• Salary negotiable depending on the qualification
