Accounts Admin Executive

We are a food supply company based in Male, and are currently looking for a motivated and capable candidate to join our team.

This role would be best suited for a young and active individual, with an understanding of basic accounting and excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using SAP and MS Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating of invoices in SAP
- Petty cash handling
- Data entry
- Preparing payment vouchers / bank reconciliations
- Filing of documents
- Ability to liaise with retail customers (in person and online)
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management

Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work fast under pressure
- Confidence using MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Work Experience
- Having worked in a computerized environment

Education Qualifications
- Diploma in accounting or business degree

Remuneration: 8000 MVR, can be negotiable depending on experience
