ACCOUNTANT – ( 02 Nos )

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Procurement / Logistics
• Proven record as Accountant or any relevant experience for 3-5 years
• Exposure to global accounts / purchase / shipping related transactions will be an added advantage
• Proficiency working and/or knowledge with advanced Excel functions / Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems with a high level of integrity

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, receivables, etc.
• Manage and document all financial transactions globally by stating account information.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Ensure timely bank/other payments. Prompt payment to vendors while ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits. Tracking all the Receivables and updating.
• Ordering and Inventory Control; Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Maintain accounting controls by complying with financial policies and regulations.
• Recording and settling the invoices within a specific perimeter and a given timeframe, in accordance with standard accounting and tax practices.
• Maintain financial transactions and documents for all shipping-related operations.
