AC Senior Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair split, cassette, ducted, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting on electrical and refrigeration components.
- Carry out gas charging, leak testing, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance at client sites.
- Lead and supervise junior technicians and helpers on site.
- Read and follow drawings, layouts, and manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare job reports, material requests, and service records.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls when required.
- Support other technical and operational duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an AC technician.
- Strong knowledge of split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration faults independently.
- Able to lead a small team on site.
- Certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is an advantage.

Working hours: 8:30 to 17:30, Saturday to Thursday.
