Staff Positions available:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate medical professionals to join our team at Synergy Care, Phase 2 Hulhumale’. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered environment with a collaborative team of professionals.

We are offering both part-time and full-time positions for the following roles:

1. Physician
2. Gynaecologist
3. Laboratory Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

PHYSICIAN
• Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Conduct patient consultations and examinations and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
• Provide medical advice, counselling, preventive care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, professional ethics, and clinical practice.

GYNAECOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive gynaecological consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Perform routine and specialized gynaecological examinations and procedures.
• Assess and manage menstrual, reproductive, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
• Review and interpret relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigation results.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide patient counselling and education.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists or healthcare services when clinically indicated, providing relevant clinical information.

LAB TECHNOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Collect, process, and handle patient specimens while ensuring proper identification and integrity.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Perform quality control and ensure accurate, reliable, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and comply with safety, infection control, and waste management procedures.
• Report critical results, equipment issues, reagent shortages, and unavailable tests promptly, while supporting quality assurance and efficient laboratory operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Recognized MBBS, MD or equivalent medical qualification for consultant in Internal Medicine for Physicians.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for Gynaecologists.
• Recognized degree in Medical Laboratory Technology for Laboratory Technologists.
• Valid professional registration or license, or eligibility for registration in the Maldives.
• Relevant clinical or laboratory experience in the respective field.
• Strong professional knowledge and practical skills relevant to the position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Commitment to professional ethics, patient safety and quality healthcare.
